Tami Erin (born Tamara Erin Klicman on July 8, 1974, in Wheaton, Illinois) is an American actress, model, humanitarian, and producer best known for her starring role as Pippi in The New Adventures of Pippi Longstocking, selling for 38 years in 13 languages worldwide. At age 11, she was chosen from over 8,000 girls worldwide for the title role of Pippi Longstocking—one of the largest global casting searches for a lead in film history featured in the Trivial Pursuit Millennium Edition.

Tami Erin began modeling at age 8 with Elite Model Management before expanding into national commercials, dance, advanced gymnastics, and horseback riding stunts. At just 13, she became the youngest Ambassador appointed by UNICEF, speaking at World Children’s Day United Nations, NYC to the delegates of over 100 countries.

Tami Erin served as an honored guest of royalty with Princess Nori in Tokyo, Japan and King Carl XVI and Queen Silvia in Stockholm, Sweden.

Currently, Tami Erin is working on a two-picture horror film deal, starring in House of Dolls 2 and House of Dolls 3. She is also the focus of the upcoming documentary I Am Pippi, which explores her life, career, and lasting cultural legacy.
